Save Pages, Make Art

Have you seen the beautiful things you can make with paper? Sweet garland, origami animals, and flowers are just a few of the things we’ve seen.

While we love to keep books on shelves to be both read and treasured, sometimes the pages aren’t holding up, and sometimes the binding cannot be repaired. In those cases, we love giving new life to old pages. Enter book art. Book art, in our opinion, keeps old books in spaces in ways that inspire.

Our book art flower workshop, being taught by our volunteers Nancy and Janis, sold out in under two hours so we see that we aren’t alone in enjoying the look of a good old book. What do old, broken books inspire in you?
